Next Phaze is actively looking for partners to financially support their effort to change the lives of single mothers and their families. As a Next Phaze partner, your financial contribution will directly support the day-to-day operation of the residential facility and the programming needed to help young single parent-led families thrive.

HOUSING

Next Phaze provides residential support for single mothers between the ages of 17 and 24.

Individualized Life Plan

Next Phaze assists the participant in creating an individualized life plan that includes goals for emotional, spiritual, educational, parenting and economic health.

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

According to the National Coalition For The Homeless, single mothers with minor children make up the fastest growing segment of the U.S. homeless population. It is estimated that 42% of those children are under the age of five. In many cases, emergency shelters and transitional housing organizations are not set up to support young children to stay with their parent.

Next Phaze is a two-year single parent support program that includes service referrals and sees every participant through to at least a technical or associates degree.
